Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital audio tracks, SFX files, and sample packs purchased via tokens or direct checkout are non-tangible digital goods. Once an asset has been unlocked or downloaded, sales are final and non-refundable.

We issue full refunds or replacements within 14 days if the downloaded file is corrupted or technically defective and support cannot provide a working copy, or if a duplicate charge occurred.

Safari Pass subscriptions can be cancelled anytime before the next billing cycle. Current billing period charges are non-refundable. Media published during an active pass remains perpetually cleared.

If a refund or transaction chargeback is granted, the corresponding sync license is immediately revoked. You must cease all use of the audio asset and delete all copies.
